Secondary Schools

Job Satisfaction Questionnaire
Designed to measure the job satisfaction or dissatisfaction of Secondary School Teachers in their Induction Year.

CEPSATI Questionnaire (Classroom Environment Pupil Satisfaction & Achievement Instrument)
Designed to measure what helps pupil's learn and how Secondary School Teachers can make learning easier.

P-Devlin (Pupil Development Instrument)
Designed to rate the development of pupils in new teachers' classes against the level of development which would normally be expected from these classes when taught by experienced teachers.

'Interact' EPL Indicator
One of the ways in which new teachers learn is by having conversations with other people. The purpose of this instrument is to improve understanding of these conversations. What makes particular conversations signficant? What prevents you from having the conversations which you want? This instrument is designed to find the answers to these questions.

We have asked each new teacher to play a card game by asking them to rank people with whom they have the most significant interactions with and also for the new teacher to rank specific actions for each person in order of importance.
