What makes particular conversations signficant? What prevents you from having the conversations which you want? This instrument is designed to find the answers to these questions.
We have asked each new teacher to play a card game by asking them to rank people with whom they have the most significant interactions with and also for the new teacher to rank specific actions for each person in order of importance.
